After booking Spark’s webinar training in September, insurance administrator Long Term Care Partners has tapped Spark for more presentation training.

LTC Partners has engaged Spark owner and presentation skills trainer Andy Saks to provide ongoing speech coaching on an as-needed basis for its sales and marketing teams. The presentation coaching uses a freestyle, one-on-one format in which coaching clients dictate the skills and content they want to improve, and Saks tailors all content, suggestions and practice accordingly.

LTC Partners has also booked Saks to deliver Spark’s PowerPoint training program, “Bulletproof PowerPoint: creating clear, concise, compelling presentation slides,” during a two-day staff meeting in January. This program features critical best practices for how to make a PowerPoint, and includes a live, customized “slide makeover” of a client’s slide deck.

The new bookings come on the heels of Spark’s September delivery of a six-hour webinar training program, “Remote Control: How to engage, educate and entertain your webinar audience” to LTC Partners’ marketing team.

Elizabeth Callahan, Senior Account Manager at LTC Partners, said of the webinar skills training:

“Thank you for delivering Spark’s powerful webinar skills training program to my webinar team. So many people stopped by my desk afterward to tell me they thought it was valuable and excellent.

Your unique content is helping us put some interactive punch in our webinars, your delivery was fun and engaging throughout, and you were a pleasure to work with from the moment I contacted you.

It’s a tough crowd and you made me look very good!”
