Executive coaching and peer advisory group Vistage International has booked Spark owner and “Chief Sparkler” Andy Saks for the third time to deliver Spark’s business presentation skills training program, “Command Performance,” to its members.

Vistage International is a peer-to-peer membership organization for CEOs, business owners and executives of small- to mid-size businesses. Founded in 1957, headquartered in San Diego, Calif., Vistage has more than 15,000 CEO members in 15 countries. Members meet once a month in groups with up to 15 other executives from non-competing businesses. The groups typically begin with a speaker who presents a three-hour seminar on business strategy.

Saks will be delivering Spark’s “Command Performance” presentation skills training program at the monthly meeting of the Vistage group based in Fairfield, Connecticut. This program typically includes Spark’s “Fear to Fun” program on understanding and lowering public speaking anxiety, and its “Pitch Friction” program on handling difficult audiences and thorny questions. Other potential content covers best practices for asking questions, telling stories, using props and delivering facts and stats.

This is the third time Vistage has hired Spark to train its members. The first training was delivered to Vistage’s chapter in Providence, Rhode Island; the near-perfect score Saks received in post-training member surveys made him eligible for subsequent trainings. The second training was delivered to the Vistage chapter based in Goshen, New York.
